How we will use your data

IQuest Solutions Private Limited ("THE CONFLUENCE") is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you provide. This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why:

Name, email, mobile, date of birth, gender, nationality, city	Identify you, verify eligibility (21+), and communicate with you about your application
Career, business, achievements, expertise, Give & Get areas	Assess your application and, on admission, match you with members who can help you and whom you can help
Names and contact details of your references	Conduct reference checks as part of admission
Password	Secure your account (stored only as a cryptographic hash)
Payment confirmation from Razorpay	Process membership fees and issue invoices

Who sees it: the Membership Committee during screening; voting members in summary form at the voting stage; our hosting, email, and payment providers under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it: while your application or membership is active; declined applications are erased after 12 months.

Your rights: you may access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, or complain — to our Grievance Officer at privacy@confluence.ind.in, and thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India. Withdrawing consent for essential data ends membership, as the Network cannot operate without it.
